Welcome to the Hindu Temple of Greater Wichita. The mission of HTGW is to provide a welcoming place for Hindus to gather, worship and celebrate our Vedic culture and traditions. Our devotees are from all over India and the world so we observe all of the major Hindu festivals.

A person who is straightforward, consistent, not manipulative and whose thinking is free from deceit is committed to honesty towards themselves and others. This alignment of thoughts, words and actions strengthens one's character and provides a sense of purpose. There is no room for regret. If you've thought about getting involved in the temple, but have often found reasons not to (work, family, time constraints), do some spring cleaning of your mind and throw those excuses out! Resolve to get involved. We really need your help with temple events and projects. Don't just think about it - do it!
