Shravan month, or Shravana Mas, is one of the holiest Hindu months. This Hindi month is filled with various festivals and auspicious days. The most famous is the Mondays in Shravan month which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and many people observe the famous Somvar Vrat.

It is also one of the most sacred and commonly chanted stotras in Hinduism. Believers in the recitation of the Sahasranama claim that it brings unwavering calm of mind, complete freedom from stress and eternal knowledge.

He is worshipped in the temples as Bhaktha Hanuman & Veera Hanuman.
